This letter is slightly overdue, but I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding
job that Robert Doyle did for us on the sale of our home in September.
My husband Bradley and I had listed our home with another Realtor for six
months, without so much as a single offer. When Robert entered the picture
everything changed. His team researched the sales in the area to assist in
appropriate pricing. Robert's team assisted in arranging our furnishings to
give the best possible presentation to buyers. His team made eye catching
cards to highlight special features throughout our home. They also provided
literature with helpful information about the area such as schools, medical
care, shopping, etc. The list goes on.
Within less than two weeks of listing our home, we had an offer. Robert
worked diligently to negotiate a mutually agreeable sales price,
communicating with us every step of the way. All the ground work
definitely paved the way toward a smooth closing.
I would also like to mention that in every profession you find individuals
that do just enough to get by, and then luckily you'll find some that really
excel at what they do, taking their job very seriously. The point I'm trying to
make is that it takes intelligence, good judgments, intuition, experience and
caring to make it work so well. What we see on the outside as a "smooth
closing" is the work of a professional.
We, without a doubt, would recommend Robert Doyle to anyone seeking
a realtor.

Dear Robert,
Well you said you would sell 350 Coleraine and dam if you didn't. My
greatest mistake was not hiring you immediately. I would have saved a lot of
time, money and aggravation. If you ever have a perspective client who
might be wavering, have them call me. I can save them a lot of aggravation.

Dear Robert,
I'm sure many people say this to you, but we really wished that we had hired
you from the beginning. It would have saved us a lot of grief, time and
money. After a frustrating experience with our first agent, we were very
impressed with your marketing plan and how fast you executed them.
Although selling our home was a bit of a challenge, you never gave up. Your
positive attitude helped us stay focus and you didn't allow us to give up. You
